her voice sounded really ahead of its time, which is both surprising and impressive in the 90's. Most female singers at the time (with some exceptions such as Britney Spears) just sound too outdated and annoyingly grating. Melanie was so iconic and unique. I miss her.

@@mattc8852 Are you ? Because if you can't feel the rhythm then you most b a computer! Understand the concept of the eras and fall into the projection that she is coming from ! By the way , do you understand the style of her voice and the style she is trying to project? How do we make justice of her real voice in real life and autotunes specially back then when autotune wasn't as sophisticated as is now ? Think about that my friend... They trying to project on a 🎤 what she really sound like ! That was the point that they invented autotune to make it as clean as possible ! That's the point of autotune back then unlike now that many people misuses it to enhance their singing characteristics ! But regardless if you can't feel the bit then you stock on the wrong concept of music i guess... Auto tune or not her voice and the over all bit of the song is perfect (rhythm) and thqt is all it matters in the way we catch it !
