I was expecting a Hot Topic joke for "Gothic Imports." For a lot of guys who wore ear cuffs it wasn't about avoiding pain. At that time, it wasn't as socially acceptable as it is today. A lot of dress codes forbid men from having a pierced ear. So, with an ear cuff you could be a "rebel" without getting in trouble with your job. Or your family, church, etc.

I have got to see this one.! The greatness of Wings Hauser , Frank Doubleday & Sybil Danning!! Way over the top & it looks outrageous a late 1980s action thriller...oh hell yes!!! When Wings shoots up crate it must have been a homage to "White Heat" with James Cagney.

Been waiting for this one! Stumbled upon it randomly and had my jaw firmly on the floor since Hauser's first scene. "This guy" in the laser scope scene is an oddly underused late great Blackie Dammett, overactor extraordinaire ("9 Lives of the Ninja" must be freaking seen to be freaking believed, not least his performance) and father of Antony Kiedis from Red Hot Chilie Peppers. Some really odd similarities with the 1989 Batman movie in quite a few scenes despite production time frame is too short for that to be intentional. Interestingly, there are two 1989 movies about bounty hunters that have an almost superhero/vigilante vibes about them: apart from LA Bounty there is also a direct-to-video romp Shotgun which has one of the most outlandish "everything evil thrown into one person" main antagonists ever, who is both a fetishist serial killer AND an arms dealer. And of course he killed someone dear to protagonist.

Love these old school-style “Good Bad Flicks” presentations, Cecil! No kidding! Takes me back to the GBFs videos in the carefree days of 2011-2012. Sweet Lord, I wanna go back!

I actually got some promo stuff for this movie, thanks to a letter that was published in a "Punisher" comic book back in the early 90s.

Gotta say, I'm kinda surprised Kelly didn't end up with Ruger at the end. It wouldn't be the first time for Ms. Danning.
