Hi Eloise, I loved the vlog today! What vitamins do you take for nail and hair growth? Also, which vitamins do you recommend are the best for skin, hair, and nails?

Thank you!! I've been taking Wellbel for a little over 3 months and I think that has really helped. I've noticed my nails are stronger and grow very quickly. I haven't noticed hair growth but I'll keep you updated as I continue to take it!

rn i do magnesium, iron, a multivitamin with omega3 and probiotics, and lions mane gummies from sprouts. I was taking a bunch of stuff from care of but their pills are so big i dreaded it everyday lol. I’m gonna try wellbel!

ooo I need to add magnesium and iron to my routine! WellBel apparently takes 3 months to notice a difference so stay consistent!!
