LA Guns Oslo Spectrum Norway 9th December 1991.
Supporting Skid Row.
Big problems getting to this gig. Winter hit Norway early and the roads was not easy to drive at. Was inside venue 5 minutes before LA Guns went on.
All Rights belong to LA Guns.

Great band and Phil Lewis is criminally underrated as a vocalist, he is incredible.

The late 80's through the early 90's was so special for hard rock and heavy metal. I praying to God these bands will release more of the pro shot concert videos from these shows. There is a universe of people out here who truly adore watching these shows.

I was a huge fan of that genre of music (80's metal) and I may be in the very small minority who preferred LA Guns over Guns and Roses. I like their entire body of work better, the live performances were better, more consistent and Phil Lewis blew Axl away in my opinion. Thanks for posting this, probably the band at their peak.

@@simonemagnano9437 GnR was a bigger name, their fame was on another level. But on the topic of performance. GnR in the 90's were very sloppy. Slash was often drunk, Axl's voice was strained, or causing riots, and the band had loads of internal issues. The albums were good, but live, they were hit or miss. LA Guns, were tighter and in general a bit more professional. It just comes down to you like like more.

It was the same at the Netherlands show december 1991! We had to push the car on, to get home.... When in 2007, I asked Tracii what he remembered from that dutch show, he answered "I remember it was freezin' cold!"

Salen los La Guns, abren con Over the Edge y cierran con One more reason. Las canciones que recuerdo: Over the edge, some lie 4 love, It´s over now, My koo ka choo, Wild obsession (Muy rápida, muy salvaje...aquí Phil Lewis arroja el micrófono y usa el de Kelly Nickels solo que el pedestal le quedaba alto). Rip and tear, Never enough (ambas geniales), The Ballad of Jaine (Que todos cantamos), One more reason (Endcore).

Great live band, the records were good. But the live versions were so much harder rock. It's a shame they were overshadowed by Motley crue and other piers of their time.

\,,/'9'\,,/ Saw Souls at Zero with Skid Row for the subhuman race tour. The drummer and guitar player( from souls) gave me a cassette of their single and asked if I wanted to party with them on the lawn. I told them I had never got to see Skid Row yet and declined. Point is it was always about the live performance and watching a fave band. \,,/'9'\,,/ Do not understand not watching the band if you pay money to see someone.
