When I see that many estate agents I reference that like charity shops in UK High streets. Whole resort looks a little faded . Golf courses looking great but infrastructure not great. That said I love Murcia as a region.

Manga has a lot of meanings. Sleeve, hose, windsock, match. No sé 🤷🏻‍♂️ cuál es allí, pero “The Royal Hosepipe” doesn’t sound right, though. 😊

It is a sleeve of land that separates 2 seas, on one side the Mediterranean Sea and on the other the "MAR MENOR", no more than 200 meters wide, at 80 meters you have a sea, and at another 80 meters the other sea, Now tourism is destroying the area, (last summer was an ecological disaster of impressive magnitude) and the government is going to start taking very harsh measures with this issue, I would not invest a cent in this place, also the fields golf courses have their days numbered until they are closed, the Spanish population does not play golf, it is a place of social exclusion, only for the rich, and it consumes the water that we Spaniards pay in pesos of gold, because in this region we drink the water from the already desalinated sea, (the water we drink at home from the tap is sea water) now we only talk about the negative effects of tourism and studying ways to make it ecologically and socially sustainable, (we Spaniards are beginning to be very tired, with 83 million tourists a year) and these places are "residential mansions for the rich" since the prices do not correspond to the housing being purchased, they multiply the price by 3-4 times, and the Spaniards do not want, "these places Only from rich foreigners, now with the electoral campaign for the European Parliament, is the only thing that is talked about, that if Spain can continue allowing this waste, where the normal population does not benefit at all,
