J ai acheté une machine à pâtes de cette marque ayant économiser pendant une année ; j ai pu l utiliser deux fois sans problème. La troisième fois une vis est partie dans le pétrin causant des dommages à la machine la rendant inutilisable. Le fournisseur ainsi que le fabricant ne prennent aucune responsabilité et me laisse seule responsable. Ils ne veulent pas la reprendre ni la réparer . Je continue d acheter des pâtes Barilla avec une machine à pâtes cassee après deux utilisations! J avais beaucoup regardé les vidéos KZfaq aussi de la concurrence. Vos publications sont devenues moins glamour depuis! Je suis extrêmement mécontente du service après vente. Ils ne prennent aucune responsabilité ; les frais de réparation et d expédition de la machine à ma charge! Après trois utilisations la machine est inutilisable! Ça revient cher la plaisanterie! Très mécontente!.
