Being nice to a person you think is telling the truth makes sense. Having to prove a lie is a bit of a stretch compared to "accuse,", but whatever. But Cole going full psycho when doubting someone was completly retarded. They should've stuck to Coax, Force & Lie throughout the entirety of development.

More like Truth, Force, Lie but to be fair, I liked teh old school way with Truth, Doubt, Lie. Truth - Straightforward if the person is showing strong eye contact. Doubt - You think the person's lying but you don't have evidence so you make them doubt. Lie - You know the person's lying but you have evidence to back it up.

There's actually two separate ways to solve this case instead of doing everything altogether: you can either trace the murder weapon or interview the witness. Whichever you do is still enough to pin the murder on the suspect.

If you think about it, you'd feel bad for Edgar Kalou sure he killed Everett Gage but if you read throughout the case Gage kept pressing Kalou's buttons to the point of using his position in the Chamber of Comerce to slander his business. Gage has finally pushed Kalou too far. Moral Lesson: Do not push someone too far, you'll have no idea what they'll do to you.

@@m.sydneyvern2260 Yep and the moral lesson: Never push someone too far, you'll have no idea what they'll do to you" At least Kalou can use his argument that would result in second-degree murder rather than first-degree murder thus he'd avoid the death penalty. So Kalou in the court case, to avoid the death penalty he should use this argument in the court case.

Ironically Ms. Galleta probably has the most convincing lines out of all the interrogations. If it weren't for the tutorial instructions and facial expressions I'd think she was telling the truth all three times

Yeah her lines give out a lot more detail than the stuff you hear from other witnesses, not dead victims and suspects. Her lie dialogue gives out a lot of info and you wouldn't think it's a lie. Her doubt dialogue literally gives out that Mr. Kalou was the shooter so you wouldn't think about pushing her more. With other people you can deduce whether you can bad cop or accuse Bad Cop is when they aren't being clear with their answer and usually don't answer directly and their tone is off. Accuse... well you know.

I remember playing this game on ps3 I also had the dlc code but it didn't work because i was playing it around 2012 And didn't speak or understand English lol Then i bought it on ps4 but never had the chance to play it until today It was great and most importantly i can read my questions and solve cases😅

Edgar probably ended up in San Quentin (along with a few other criminals in this game) and got sent to the gas chamber. Thar was the common form of execution in California back then.

Fancy seeing you here! Honestly though, the edit makes way more sense. It wasn't doubt in the past either in fact, as the other commented mentioned. It used to be force. The new system seems to be more in line with what Cole does with doubt, plays the role of the bad cop.

Sometimes what the narrator says confuses me. Like in this case the narrator talks about a case that you never talk about a case that breaks up your marriage. I dont see how this case would break up Cole's marriage. I mean he got a promotion from it.
