Hello everyone, Meet me again, and let's BAKE a cake together with me.
Traditionally made for EASTER, this cake is very popular in the southern region of Italy, namely in the city of NAPOLI.
Pastiera Napoletana,is a type of NEAPOLITAN TART made with cooked WHEAT,EGG,RRICOTTA CHEESE and PATRY CREAM.
Okey let's start ...
Recipe
ingredients :
A.
1 jar of cooked weat (granno cotto)
300 ml milk
1 tbsp butter
note; bring to boil over medium low heat,set aside to cool.
B.
700 gr ricotta cheese
600 gr sugar
7 eggs
3 egg yolks
vanilla
300 pastry cream (choose of one your favorite recipe)
candied citrus ( optional )
a pinch of salt
note : mix A and B

It was a pleasure making cakes with you. Pastiera Napoletana is a very unique and interesting cake. It is even popular in the city of Naples, Italy. With selected ingredients from cooked wheat, eggs, Ricotta cheese and pastry cream. Amazing presentation. Thank you for sharing the recipe and tutorial. I can't wait to make it.
