Traditionally made for EASTER, this cake is very popular in the southern region of Italy, namely in the city of NAPOLI.
Pastiera Napoletana,is a type of NEAPOLITAN TART made with cooked WHEAT,EGG,RRICOTTA CHEESE and PATRY CREAM.

Recipe
ingredients :
A.
1 jar of cooked weat (granno cotto)
300 ml milk
1 tbsp butter
note; bring to boil over medium low heat,set aside to cool.
B.
700 gr ricotta cheese
600 gr sugar
7 eggs
3 egg yolks
vanilla
300 pastry cream (choose of one your favorite recipe)
candied citrus ( optional )
a pinch of salt
note : mix A and B
