In this video we start on the La Paz Malecon, then visit the municipal market of La Paz before wandering the streets where we find the best fish tacos in La Paz and also try a local delicacy called Chocolate Clams! We end the video back on the Malecon in La Paz with some ice cream and a beautiful Sunset!

I hope to visit that city. There is travel warning by our govt not to go there due to cartel activities there did you all know much about cartel activities in that city? Or you did not notice much cartel activities in la paz or it is wrong by our govt to have travel warning not to go there did you all know that was what us state dept said?

I have vacationed on La Paz, what stood out to me is how clean the city was kept. When we would go out in the morning to grab breakfast it seemed like the whole city was cleaning. Everywhere you looked people were sweeping, cleaning windows, washing the sidewalk’s it made my hometown of San Diego look ordinary.

I own a home in Cabo San Lucas, but ADORE La Paz. I often end up there a couple times a week visiting friends and just enjoying the different feel of the city. Mexico is amazing, the food, the climate and THE PEOPLE are the sweetest I have encountered. I adore Mexico, and when the time comes, I will be retiring there permanently.

I'm not sure if this is your first time in La Paz but there used to be a fantastic whale museum right on the Malecon, complete with a whale skeleton exhibited out in front. It's gone now and there is a restaurant in the building that used to house the museum. Just discovered your channel this evening, and very glad to subscribe!

@@vad8712 it was our first time to La Paz and we loved it! We actually did a video of Balandra as well as Isla Espíritu. They were both amazing. Unfortunately the whale museum was closed so we missed that but next time for sure. What a special place! We want to go back for the blue whales in January! Any other suggestions?

@@TheCountryCollectors You will love the whales in Jan!! Hmmmm you guys covered a lot of stuff, it was a great video!! The Malecon in La Paz has a feel you won't find anywhere else in the Baja really, it's so unique and amazing. Of course all the water sports, swimming with the whale sharks etc are a blast, you guys have done a fantastic job of covering the Malecon and just the general vibe of La Paz. The ONLY suggestion I have is keep the amazing content coming!!! :) Maybe I will see you guys in either Cabo or La Paz, or Todos Santos sometime, I will definitely say hi!

La Paz is a gorgeous town! I love all the colors and artwork around the city. My favorite place to visit in any city is the market. I love all the food, the vibrancy, the sounds and the smell. Especially the meat and seafood area. Lovely boardwalk along the beach. I really want some of those clams! Man you guys find some of the best food. That massive fish taco! 😋😍 Anything with goat cheese is a win. What an amazing looking Airbnb! 40$ a night? Sign me up!

Oh my goodness those clams were huge. Heidi I think I'd have a similar reaction... I love how much food you share and the local specialties. I also really like seeing around the less touristy areas of Mexico - so nice to know it's not as pushy as some of the other cities that are full of visitors.

Thanks for sharing on La Paz, it has not been on our list to visit, because of prior videos we have seen, that mostly have shown the Malecon and what is across the street. But your videos definitely add more to the city and what else there is to see. Wow the paintings are amazing, and worth checking out. My wife almost spit out her drink when she saw your reaction to the chocolate clams...she could not stop laughing...sorry! Thanks again for a great video to a great location!

Mine goes waaaay back to when I was a kid playing videos games and you had to entered 3 initials for your high score, I always used ZEP. I absolutely loved this one! That walkway by the ocean really looks very special. The water was so blue! Adam, your really made me bust out laughing with you Dolphin Mermaid song 😂. Heidi, I understand why you were embarrassed! That art work all over the city was stunning. I’m not sure I would have liked those clams but it was fun to watch you 2 try them. Great sunset and that ice cream did look like a great way to end the day! Really appreciate all the work you both must put into these videos! Keep it up. I love it!

You have no idea how much i miss this place, i lived there about 8 years between 1993 and 2007, i studied 3 years of my elementary school, 1 year of middle school, 1 year of high school and my last 3 years of college, i haven;t been back since 2009, but i have it in my top cities where i would love to retire
