Sa particularité est de rouler sous les sabots des pylônes compression.
C'est une pince à ressort et à gravité.
Elle utilise la masse du chariot pour la première mâchoire et un ressort avec levier pour la seconde mâchoire.
La pince est bistable et a de ce fait une position ouverte en gare et fermée en ligne.

Grip used for the first time in 1945 by the Swiss manufacturer VonRoll. Its particularity is to roll under the hooves of the pylons compression. It is a ressort and gravity. It uses the mass for the first jaw and a lever ressort for the second jaw. The grip is bistable and therefore has an open position in the station and closed online.
