(But if you aren't doing any exercise and eat like 1 kg+ cheese then you better be prepared to pay the price of your doings)

Absolutely love real raclette. Here in the USA we use the machine and they named it a “party grill” to melt the cheese.

I'm from Switzerland and a normal Raclette looks not so brown. The cheese must only melt.

Huh?? Not so brown. You get the same colour on your cheese from a Raclette machine if you leave your tray under for a lil longer. Taste is the best with a lil burnt.
