So, I guess because she understands how strong peoples' love for Michael is she knows it's possible that somewhere, Michael can actually feel the love and is receiving it. I don't think she means he is actually still living, though I do wish that he didn't die.

God when my brother died I had lots of people at my house and it was hard to even think about talking and i hated the question,"Are you okay?" or "How are you?" and this was like a day or a couple of days after my bro's death and I just wanted to say,"Yeah I'm so happy today! WEE!" but you just want to be left alone really. The papparazi should really have respect for the jacksons at this time. Not hassle them.

Katherine's not contesting Michael's Will. She would stand to lose her inheritance if she did that. What she's doing is requesting the position of 3rd executor. This way she can have a voice in what is done, and be fully aware of what decisions are being made with the estate, and why. It's a reasonable request, particularly since 40% of the estate is hers.
