casa villa dall ava, una obra arquitectónica donde se observa la jerarquía en fachada y los planos de esta , los espacios son muy funcionales, además, los materiales son tan diversos, tiene excelentes remates visuales, y la conexión con el área privada es singular.

if you turn on captions, then click the settings (gear) icon, youtube can auto-translate into english and other languages :)

Wer dreht nur solche Filme mit einer dermaßen extremen Geräuschkulisse? Was für ein extremer Vergleich? Das Alte ist meilenweit im Vorteil. Und hätte die moderne Architektur nicht auch noch die Natur, obwohl langweiliger Rasen, wäre das alles ganz klar: es gefiele niemandem.

I agree. The way it approaches the site and the program is interesting, but it looks unfinished, like big gests that leave behind small details that turn it into an inhabitable or home-like space. The pool and what you could call terrace lack the conditions to be considered leisure spaces. The free height between floors, the lenght of the stairs, the metal and visible concrete as well as the proportion of spaces don't contribute to a sense of home or intimacy. But again, Koolhaas probably knew all this and intentionally meant it to feel like an office or a factory :P His bureau's name is OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture), and not ODSA (Office for Domestic and Suburban Architercture).
