i think you should be open to talking about your eating issues or mental health as long as it doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. There will always be people judging something but i personally think you have the tools to inspire and influence people in a positive way and that is so valuable. Also, watching your videos over the years now, I can literally tell you‘ve improved yourself in many ways - you just seem to be so much more confident, I mean who would walk into a model agency and go home with a contract under her belt? I’ve been to the US a lot on holiday and every time I’ve missed the food from the uk, the fruit and veg in the US always tastes like it’s been tampered with to make it last longer whereas in the UK it just tastes fresh and clean so I completely agree with you about the quality of food there being so bad xx
