Laapsi is a traditional Gujarati dish made with whole wheat flour and jaggery.Also known as Kansar , this dessert recipe is extremely popular. It is customary at weddings to make this sweet dish and have the bride and groom taste it on the day of their marriage.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- Small 5 pices Jaggery
- 1 cups whole wheat flour
- 5tbsp Oil
- Half cup fine sugar/Bura sugar
- Less than one cup clarified butter/Ghee
