Lab e shireen
Ingredients
-2liter milk
-Color full Vermicelli 250 grams
-1 small cocktail tin
-1 pack of strawberry jelly
-1 pack of banana jelly
-1 pack of cream
-8 Table spoon sugar
-4 Table spoon vanilla Custard
-2 Table spoon Almonds
-Color full Rasgullay for serving and best taster
Lab-e-Shireen Recipe
1)Prepare the Jellies
-Make the strawberry and banana jellies according to the package instructions. Let them set and then cut into cubes.
2)Cook the Vermicelli:
-Boil 2 liters of milk in a large pot.
-Add 250 grams of colorful vermicelli and cook until soft.
3)Make the Custard:
-Mix 4 tablespoons of vanilla custard powder with a little milk to form a smooth paste.
-Add this mixture to the boiling milk and stir continuously until it thickens.
4)Add Sugar and Cream:
-Stir in 8 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved.
-Add 1 pack of cream and mix well.
5)Combine Ingredients:
-Add the cut jelly cubes, 1 small cocktail tin (drained), and 2 tablespoons of almonds to the pot. Mix gently.
6)Chill and Serve:
-Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
-Refrigerate until chilled.
7)Garnish:
-Serve with colorful Rasgullay for extra flavor and presentation.
