Cannot believe doctors can make nurses feel like that when they are all a crucial part of the team !! Shoutout to you for pushing thru physical anxiety. It is so hard and people truly do not understand how it can crush you. Love you sweet girl. This too shall pass !!

You should look into the pomodoro timer for homework & productivity! I used it like every semester for my BSN & it’s like a work / rest cycle that helps me be sooo productive. ❤❤

I was a medsurg new grad for only 6 months and left because there was no team work in my unit. I always had 8-9 patients so all the stress and no help from my coworkers made me leave. I work as an ambulatory nurse now but I want to go back to the hospital to practice my skills. However, I have PTSD thinking of how stressful it was and the bad treatment seasoned nurses gave me. How did you find the courage to go back?

So glad you’re still putting up videos. I know you are extremely busy, but your videos brighten everybody’s day. Two quick things you shouldn’t lite that one candle in your bedroom in front of the TV it still gives off enough heat not good for the screen. Number two slow down you can definitely tell you’re anxious because I’ve never seen you speak so fast as you have in this video compared to any of your others. You’re an awesome human being just take one day at a time. Remember the piece of paper that you used to have in your old bedroom, Which said “you are loved”. :-)
