I’m glad you did too! Congratulations mama! You got this, from my experience I believe labor & delivery is more mental than anything.. I personally had a really good experience at Baylor downtown Dallas .

My sister said the same thing!!! I might just make that switch! That’s one of the only hospitals I heard that has a mommy menu to choose from after birth too😊

Yes they really took good care of me , I didn’t feel like I was just a “number” I really felt like they genuinely cared. I actually asked a few of the nurses what made them choose that hospital to work for and they all said because they liked the way the hospital treated the patients.

Congratulations mama! You can do it too, do your research & watch some “ positive birth stories / positive labor & delivery videos / how to prep for natural labor videos ” . I think those helped give me perspective on what to expect so I was mentally prepared

Yes it’s definitely mind over matter! I did a lot of practice breathing for the last couple of months before i gave birth & it help prepare me for the actually labor. You got this mama! You can do it 💕✨

Thank you so much! Apologies for the late response , I didn’t read any book on labor & delivery but I did take an online birthing class and 2 maybe 2 sessions. It was I little helpful but most of the information I learned was from searching on KZfaq. I found that “Bridget Teylor/ built to birth ” I think her name is had the most helpful videos to help me mentally prepare

Why can’t you record but you can take pictures? That seems like they do sketchy things they don’t want people to hear bc clearly it’s not about privacy if you can still take pictures

Right. In the moment I didnt question it but It’s possible… I thought about that after wards though… I’m just thankful I didn’t have a bad experience there. Every hospital is different , some don’t mind at all & some say you can’t…

Your absolutely right! Breathing through pushing is so much more natural but overall I still had a good experience giving birth. I did breathe through some of my pushing but I also held my breath for some
