Very interesting. So much beautiful scenery, also nice neighborhoods and beautiful mansions. I'm from America. The American media never shows these images of Haiti. Nor even says anything positive about the country. Thanks for sharing.

My parents and their best friend had a vacation home in Laboule we had great times and great memories there. I grew up in Delmas 19 and my best friend lived in Montagne Noire and other friends & family live in Kinscoff and was recently there. The mountains in those areas are a great view and very relaxing and that's if you understand all the beauty as well the essence of it. I am a proud Haitian woman who knows the worth of my country. Haiti will get better and and I am a product of that process and I'm working hard for us.

It's a nice video showing the beautiful part of Haïti. I agree. It's cool up there. However, what I see it's the mountain being deforested. The more they build, we will see less trees to keep the soil together to avoid erosion. Is there a community up there? Meaning are there any churches, any schools, any hospitals, any stores or markets? All the houses are hiding behind high concrete walls. You can see them only in aerial view. It's a great video. Thank you!!
@RandolphAscencio4 жыл бұрын
To be honest, I can't really visit the beautiful parts of Haiti due to insecurity. In regards to deforestation, Haiti will remain undevelopped for the next century, 80% of us live around the capital, in other words, most of the country is safe from deforestation or any other negative impacts that humans create. Laboule 10 is 5 kms away from Pétion-Ville wich has the best schools, supermarkets, stores, ect.

I had to hold back tears watching this video. I love my country so much. What’s hurts is that Haitian are so resilient, rebellious, creative, innovative, ideological but amongst all the greatest attributes we have one that kills one and us all the lack of support to one another. @carlosmilord29314 жыл бұрын
Brady Appolon it’s not voodoo that out the country the way it is if you had did your research on Haiti history you would have understand why it’s the way it is. And yes I am a haitian and I am tired of Haitians people who come to the USA and think they all that shit and talking bad about their own people and county. As a Haitian who travels to learn to be educated it’s us who can change Haiti the people in Haiti can’t change Haiti cuz they don’t have the money and the job to and the government won’t build nothing to fix cuz they all thugs they giving out guns and drugs the the young ones. The Haitians oh have the chance to travel to other country’s are the one who can change Haiti. So don’t come and talk about it’s voodoo that put Haiti the way it is. Education is power do your research before you type. Idc how bad my country is I love the people that’s in it and I love my country and I believe one day in 30 years Their will be a present who will do everything in his power to rise the country and the people and rise to become the Empire and fight for the people and die for the people and for the land.
The western media always talk about ayiti being deforested but all i ever see is trees all over the island countryside and in the cities n towns

Thanks ! What's the average yearly income of a person considered to be elite in Haiti ? The reason I am asking is simple, there's a level of revenue where you are just a citizen of the world and you adapt where you transit.
@lhhsthomasf4 жыл бұрын
Randolph Ascencio anybody marking 100k-billions and up is considered elite especially the billionaires that’s controlling the ports the electricity and tourism departments. Haitian people have been manipulated by these elites for generations. That’s why every president that comes the people march to get him thrown out, the elites dont like to be told what to do they are the law above the law in there own mind. They Pour guns into the streets put criminals in positions of power dupite senat’s chairmen in the palace etc. the average Haitian walking down the street won’t see 1,000$ usd in a year nor 100$ usd in a month. From the show people bath in to the toilet paper they find in public restrooms. America’s worse economic day would be Haiti’s greatest come back.what was done in Africa to blacks is what is being done in Haiti, everything in Haiti gets manipulated from the public image to the new born child that’s being born in the middle of the slums roadway #history #letmypeoplelive

I want my dream house to have huge walls, simply because it gives a sense of intimacy. People hire armed security guards for a sense of security. How are the beautiful houses related with poverty? Don't we have what they call "social classes" in all countries? Globally speaking, the mass wants a better wealth distribution. Can you please share the link of the data suggesting that 99% of ppl live in poverty? I need to understand who dictates the standards of poverty.

Every time I watch a video about Haiti home I keep hoping to see my neighborhood my godfather house where I grew up. It was a nice big white house a huge front yard my play swing was on the side with a double swing. My green and white tricycle was in the front as well. The school I attend was couple of block down. Only my father remember the street name. I was 5. So when my godfather died I left every thing behind since it was a adult matter. And that how I met my old sister and found out I had other siblings. The gate in front of my godfather was white. I'm just curious of what his home looks like today. It was only him and his wife that live there and me I was the only child there they had no children.

I love the aerial view. This video is well done. I was supposed to go to Haiti last weekend and do a video on Kan 12th for the 10yrs since the earthquake but unfortunately I wasn't able to travel there due to some issues. Great job on this video. Big Respect!

It's a shame that they done really have well structured roads & side walks for pedestrians to walk to avoid accident. I have not seen one fire hydra nt in case of a fire on top of these hills. May God have mercy on you because it looks beautiful, but desastreous.

Nirva Decopain you just don’t understand the private citizens living? In the rich countries as long as is not a city they don’t need sidewalks my friend those places build only for private citizens they don’t need anybody walking in those areas without explaining yourself to those citizens...they don’t need businesses close to them or other deranged things at all only for private citizens!

If we have to go to la boule in order to see Haiti is beautiful then we have a very long way to go. Because the mass majority of the people don't even know this place. exists.
@RandolphAscencio4 жыл бұрын
The mass of any nation is limited in terms of access to a certain level of perceived beauty, in my opinion. My questions is: why would we need to go to Laboule first of all ? If you ask me about the beauty of Haiti, I will tell you it's in the beaches, the mountains and the rivers. Another point is: how many people can refer to Haiti without refering to the West Department where the capital is ? Does the majority that you are refering to even know how many departments their country has? ...The landmarks of each departments?
