Labrador Uranium has announced that it has closed its bought deal brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of 12.5 Million Canadian Dollars
The Concurrent Private Placement was undertaken in conjunction with the Company’s previously announced entry into a definitive agreement with ValOhr Metals Corp, pursuant to which the Company will acquire ValOr’s Angilak Property located in the Nunavut Territory, Canada.
Following the satisfaction of the Escrow Release Conditions, it is expected that the net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to complete the 2023 exploration program of the Angilak Property and for working capital and general corporate purposes. #uranium
