I have Ultron that is bugged and is great for LAB, and I was afraid of Colossus and Civil Warrior, but Ultron places Degen instead of Bleed for Colossus, and Civil Warrior is't bleed immune, nor is venom. So Ultron is the perfect champ in my opinion. Plus the regen at 50% and 25%

As main damage dealer (r5 or r2/r3): Aegon is best option. G99 and Sabretooth (Sasquatch sg.) are great options too. Ghost, Nick Fury, Domino, Void, Stark Spidey and Starlord are good options. Hyperion is possible, but requires a lot of skill. As supports (no hela/angela sg): Doom is great, best option for Unstoppable Colossus. Blade can be useful against Magik. Magneto is good for the metal champs (both Colossus and War Machine).

is it still worth exploring LOL? Im just thinking twice since the rewards are now a little bit easier to get from other quests/stores/special rewards because they're much more available as compared to when LOL was originally released.

Imo you don't need Medusa and Stark Spidey awakened, it sure helps, but is not as necessary. On the other hand, Archangel and Omega need it.

Vicente Fritz Medusa definitely needs to be awakened to run LOL. Her damage is very very underwhelming without it. Plus the black bolt synergy won’t work to give her 6 furies
