Hello my fellow flippers. I just finish yet another self build house. I love to be able to build my own house but I tend to make it too big without realizing. All the bedrooms in this house are very laggy. Things would disappear even though they are in-game stuff. But on the left side of the house, everything is smooth, so I'm not so sure where my mistake were or my pc is just bad. TT_TT

That garden!!! 🌸🌷🌺The huge ground level pond with elephant fountains.... *chefs kiss* 😘👌 I adore the amount of details you include, from the well stocked pantry to having the curtains blowing in the wind, it makes your builds so homely and realistic. You have a knack for beautiful dining spaces too, the enclosed dining room with the beams and partition walls, so beautiful, I may borrow that idea😁 (with credit of course!) Aww thank you WeevBerry, that's so lovely of you. 😘 Borrow away my dear.... 😁 I have to say, I tend to over decorate in house flipper which makes it look too cluttered and messy. I see that you don't in your flips, may need to take note on that 😁📝

Looking at the center court with the fish, I suddenly realize that with the foundation tool, we could actually build malls now. So this is what Subzero's pond mod actually looks like. I wonder if I can make a beach with it... I like the way you used the glass waterfall walls indoors, especially that encased shower. The sitting areas under the stairs are are cute. All of the bathrooms were great, & that kitchen was chef's kiss.

You put my creativity to shame & I kinda feel bad about it for while, but you also inspire me, & that makes me feel good in the end. If I were rich, I'd hire you to redecorate my entire house in a hearbeat, & give you total creative control.

Absolutely GORGEOUS house!!!! Where do I even start??? Firstly the garden is stunning - OF COURSE 😁 all my favourite plant colours - I love how you’ve curved those little hedges, hopefully it made them easier to use 😅 Using the platform stairs to get to the upper floor is a stroke of complete GENIUS! And there’s a loft!! I had no idea we could do this in our roof spaces 😮😮😮 I guess the pitch needs to be high enough?? The laundry/utility room is the best you’ve made so far - it would be an absolute pleasure to do the ironing in there ❤❤❤ And the bedroom suites are so luxuriously large and gorgeous- you’d almost not need to come out into the rest of the house!!! Finally I really love the screens round the dining area - they make it such an intimate space in a really huge room!! I really love all of it of course, but those are the highlights for me ❤❤❤

Omg Ataraxis thank you so much, you really made my day! I fell in the bathroom and today my whole body aches so bad. 🫠 The garden is what I would really do in real life if I ever move to a big place and that's a big IF. 😅 The hedges was fun to work with and the stairs were initially going to a basement but soon realised basements are usually underground. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I found the loft part while changing the roof multiple times and that's the highest it could go unfortunately. Would have been even better if the windows are allowed. I have a confession about the laundry room, I hate that I don't have resting spaces in my laundry room in real life so I would always add that in game and make it as cosy as possible. 😂 The dining room with the screens were last minute decision, initially it was just the wooden pillars. I'm glad it all worked out. Thank you Ataraxis for visiting and for making my day. 🥰🥰🥰

@@KaroruChan OH NO KARORU CHAN LOOK AFTER YOURSELF!!!!!! 😭😭😭 I'm so sorry you are in pain!!! I have a joint disease that means I injure myself easily so I know how dangerous bathrooms can be - you have ALL my sympathy😓 Yes, it IS silly that we cant put windows in the roof gables if we are making a loft room in there - I saw your brilliant idea to use those mirrors though 👍 And I have a small bench next to my ironing board so I can always rest a moment if I need to - I would definitely like something as spacious and comfy as you laundry builds in real life!!! I'm in the middle of the East Asian build you encouraged me to make - I shall work twice as hard now so you have something to watch while you recover!!!

Wonderful job! I really like everything you do. I would also like to make a pool with fish like yours, but I did not find the material for this. I reviewed a lot of works in the workshop, but I didn't see what would be suitable for the pool. Maybe you can tell me in which section to look for components? I am grateful in advance.

Thank you. So the pool is pool modul by subzero, koi fish by house doctor, search plants/flower/rocks/statue in workshop for decoration, elephant statue ingame, fountain ingame. Some fishes are labeled as it's real name, which is a bit hard to find and some fishes are private item made private by mod creators.

I really like your videos, you have a lot of experience. Could you please give me some advice? I built a wall in the garden from the "Warehouse Brick Hole Filter Builder" workshop. I wanted to hang "Mounted Fountain" on it, but unsuccessfully. The wall simply did not accept the fountain. Do you know any trick to achieve success?

Hi there Katarina. So if both the warehouse brick and mounted fountain are workshop items, then they both won't work with each other. Mods that hang on walls work with ingame walls only, not workshop walls. There are some workshop items they make it stand on ground but it looks like it's hanging but most hanging mods have to hang on ingame walls. How about using water walls instead?

Thank you for your reply and the time you spent on my question. I suspected that it wouldn't work, but a more skilled builder had to convince me. I wanted to have a nice view opposite the seat, so it will be a wall of water. Thanks for the idea. But I like the marble fountain, it will be used in some future project.
