They turned more heavier with 2016 Delium album which is very good, then a year ago thwy went out with Black Anima which is a masterpiece, imho (Layers of Time it's their first single from the album). Cristina Scabbia is an amazing singer,wonderful performer and nicest person ever (you could check her Twitch account, if you wanna proof). Cristina lost both her parents in 2018, the same year she was a judge on The Voice of Italy, and that's why you could see the "two scars" on her left eye, which represent this so personal wounds. Lacuna Coil has evolved over the last 21 years, Layers of Time is from their last album Black Anima. The last few albums have gravitated towards a dark heavier sound that is just awesome. They are one of the few bands that have held my interest throughout their career. so I'm good with any song of theirs your react to.

I've been to quite a few of their shows, & honestly I can't tell you how their pits were because they were all behind me while I was trying to get up to the front. I just know that each time I saw them, the crowd was always insane for them. Their most recent albums have definitely gotten heavier for sure.

Never really heard of Lacuna Coil?! Oh well, they're actually more celebrated in the US then they're here in Italy I believe, but anyway, LC is a great band that's keep going strong and maybe even better in recent years. I think you should/could check out an old success called "Our Truth" and then maybe the live official performance of "Blood, Tears, Dust" from the London show back in 2018. For what I know Cristina never took a singing lesson whatsoever, that's just practise and professionalism. Let me tell you, I appreciated your comment on the videography, it's cool. Cheers guys! 🤘

You should go back and listen to some of their older stuff. Their style has changed quite a bit over the years.

Just a note, this video was anything but low budget. It was filmed inside Villa Arconati in Castellazo with the same production company who worked on FX's Taboo. That was not a cheap video to make.
