Lacus Temporis (Lake of Time) - Ambient Performance (Klaus Schulze Tribute)

2 жыл бұрынI've been wanting to do a Klaus Schulze tribute since his sad passing in April '22, but wasn't sure how to do it as most of my favourite tracks of his would be really difficult. So this is a 20+ minute semi-cover or improvisation on a theme, loosely based on the track - 'Sequenzer (from 70 to 07)' from his album Kontinuum (2007). Hope you enjoy it!

Recorded direct to DAW.
Video shot on a Sony A6400 and 16mm prime lens. Editing and colour grading done in Da Vinci Resolve.

I watched this last night and I'm back again this morning. Stunning work Pat. Absolutely fantastic. If this piece had been added to Kontinuum, nobody would have doubted it was made by Klaus himself. A superb tribute to a creative genius.

Klaus and TGD were instrumental how music from the other part of the world help shaped ours (depends on if you're from the East or West).
