It won't, it's a slap on the wrist to most drivers. The fine is so small and there are no real consequences for the drivers. What they should do is make driving on the sidewalk a criminal offense like reckless endangerment. You should do jail time for it. Of course that will never happen because Russia is about as corrupt as it gets and the leaders don't actually care about public safety.

It won't, did you see how the one was acting knowing she was going to get a ticket when the officer was done with the first angry guy, she wanted to sue but he had to have his sunglasses off to do so I guess... LoL I think these people honestly believe if they threaten them by saying they will sue them that they will suddenly leave and apologize. Clearly they don't don't how well they know the laws.

The fines don't actually teach them. There are plenty of bad drivers who view the fines as penance for their own convenience. What does a significantly better job is a written notice of complaint applied to their windshield; this is the prize they earn for being significantly belligerent to innocent pedestrians, society at large and also to the written law.

@busterkey l. The proper place to park a car is in a signposted parking lot or on the side of the road; the wrong place to park is on the sidewalk. There are actually barriers and lines on the street acting as signs to designate what is the sidewalk; these signs are defined according to the Russian traffic code.

Если мы сделаем что-то не так, это будет стоить больших денег. Например парковка на тротуаре 360 евро, парковка в месте для инвалидов 480 евро. Oh, that vile beast has a child. (It's hard to see them, but SADB always blurs children if possible and there is blurring in one scene.) Plenty of women I have met in the States that didn’t have a car trying to tell me I’m too poor to have a gf like her; while SHE DIDNT HAVE A CAR, but she thought I didn’t either. i think those who actually think they're right can be reasoned with most of the times. like they argued, then they realized it was actually a sidewalk, apologized, and backed up. it happens. the problem begins when the know they're wrong and still keep bullshitting others. that's, REALLY assertivness-testing. because you cant use logic when people hide behind circular reasoning, cognitive dissonance, and blatant lies. having those arguments is incredibly draining....
