@_veautiful_days__.It is comfortable, in the first usage u feel conscious coz of insertion may not be perfect once u get hold of inserting properly u don't feel anything u may even forget that its ur period day but if the cup is filled u feel some weight or pressure, after dumping it will be alright. Just go for it u will figure out with few uses. Personally by the end of using 1 month I pretty much figured everything in 2nd month it was smooth. Just watch many videos on insertion n removal.

We made a project where we wanted to promote menstrual cups in the slums of urban India. Because our team mostly involved men, hence the women were hesitant to talk about this topic. I use a menstrual cup for 2+ years now. I can say it's life changing. Especially, the wet feeling. I hate it . I still have to use a pad for safety because first 3 days are heavy af and have to clean the cup again and again. It's no problem for me. Menstrual cup is definitely life changing when you wanna sneeze and hate waterfall coming down 😂😂😂😂

I have got infection a couple of times, because of my own hands . It sometimes leaks when I sleep apparently my muscles relax when we are comfortable they usually shift and it differs from person to person. Trust me I have used cup for like 4 years . I can't change it in public washroom because apparently it will definitely attract more infection because we had even touched the door will entering into the toilet. I know it's really minute but as a doctor I don't recommend even my gynaecologist said no to it !!! It's a personal actually

First of all, I seriously think you must be using a wrong size cup, I mean there is a reason there are different cup sizes for a reason, using a bigger cup would definitely solve the leak problem And about using public washrooms, I think using hand sanitizers would work plus, my personal experience is, I didn't need to empty the cup until like 8-10 hrs, maybe you have heavy flow and need to empty the cup more often, it still wouldn't be a problem if you maintain the hygiene, vagina has a acidic ph, so personally if you are extremely not taking care of hygiene, not even using clean hands while you are removing or putting the cup and using the wrong size cup,it would create a problem for you. No hate, just my opinion , based on my very own experience.

@@shripranavi03 inserting it kinda hurts and one is a virgin they will have to find where to insert it and it will hurt a bit more. Just so you know it doesn't hurt that much, it's bearable.... Perks surpass the pain. You don't get rash, no leakage, no bad smell, no discomfort. Once it's in, it's in... After 8 hours, pull it out (well pulling it also takes a bit practice) drain it, wash it and insert it in.

I agree 💯. This is life changing. You feel like no periods because no more itchy-bitchy, no more changing pads etc etc. You've to change this within 12 hours which is very convenient 👍. I was scared initially of what if doesn't come out but that's not even an issue. Using it for 3-4 years now so highly recommended. Go for it ladies.❤

Watching this video while wearing the menstrual cup made me feel so happy about my decision... Being an 17 yr old & switching to cup has made me more comfortable about my body and i've learnt so many thinks about women anatomy during the learning process... Now using the cup for over 1 yr.. And super happy about my decision.. Along with me my mother also decided to switch to cup & she was like where was this thing for so many years.. As a small advice don't try to push it in when you're not on you're period. During your period your vagina dilates and the discharge makes it easier to get in so don't be worried if it doesn't go in normally.

To everyone that are saying it scarces them: if you don't want to then it's TOTALLY fine.But if you want to try it but scared,listen to me.I wanted to try using a period cup since 13 or so.But my mom didn't allow me.After doing her own research though,she allowed me to order it.I am 17 now.And been using it since 16.This was the best choice I ever made❤

Each and every words of yours is true. The main reason for me to start using cup is the environmental benefits. Initially I was afraid too, but it becomes easier eventually. No leakage, no rashes, no odour. I never feel like Iam on periods. Girls plz give it a try, I bet you will not regret it.

This product is literally “Dar ke aage jeet hai” Started using menstrual cup when I turned 18. Has been over 6 years. This is the best decision I have made. Not a single pad used in 6 years. As a woman from small village of Haryana (India) I am using manustral cup for last 3 years and its the best decision I have ever made❤ Market shops near me (even 50km away)don't sell manustral cups,even pizza shop is 10 km away from us but I ordered it online firstly I bought size S but because of my flow I had to switch to M size and its life changing for sure❤❤

I remember back in 2019 when i was 19 and saw it started to be in some influencers vlogs etc i tried buying it AND SEARCHING FOR IT AT DMART MEDICALS AND WHERE NOT and i cannot find it as it wasnt had buyers but m glad to see it recently at a local chemist shop m happy for the girls n womans out there 🎉we are free from that rash and fear of spotting and displacement of pad that wetness etc etc
