This performance was what officially made her a staple act. She was already huge before due to her hit singles poker face, etc. but this is what REALLY made her mainstream. She didn't become "normal" until about 2015 lol. Btw you should react to her G.U.Y. Music video or her sound of music tribute at the 2015 Oscars. It's her most acclaimed and praised performance to date.
