#LadyMacbeth is a 2016 British drama film directed by William Oldroyd and written by Alice Birch, based on the novel Lady Macbeth of the Mtsensk District by Nikolai Leskov. Starring Florence Pugh, Cosmo Jarvis, Paul Hilton, Naomi Ackie and Christopher Fairbank.

Ophique (SPOILERS) Not only does the movie give a sense of dread and isolation but I don’t remember many other movies that involve smothering an innocent child to death.

The third act was heartbreaking. I wanted to take in Teddy and Anna because they were both SO precious. Pugh played an amazing sociopath though.

I was searching Macbeth and this came up. The trailer was old school respectable. Not giving away the whole damn movie and pulling you in. The film is way outtasite. Glad my weedman was so late that afternoon , I stayed on and found it!

Was just watching the beginning worrying about it not being interesting. So the trailer really sparked my interest and I’ll be finishing it 😂😂😂
