Tbh. I keep finding this video because I remember that I kept watching this when I was young. I was like " Wowwwww how can she do that? That was so good and smooth " But now that I find it. I was still mesmerized. I really miss that and I am glad that I found this video again!

This is the best way to make a butter cream rose I have seen so far and I think the video was great. The cake is very pretty, but that one big gouge at the top side just made me crazy. Kept thinking she would put a flower or a leaf on top of it. Being me, I would have asked her to do that because it was just an eyesore on an otherwise very pretty cake. She sure knows her stuff. I do not agree with Karlee Revers below who states it's easy to make a cake like that. For those of us who don't have the skill this decorator has, this is indeed fascinating.

Uhm, she is not MAKING the cake, rather just ICING it!

When working at a grocery store as a cake decorator you pick up shortcuts to get shit done faster. Roses done the "proper" way take much longer than this... Remember, it's a fucking grocery store not a high end bakery. We have 8 hours to fill cases, do orders and assist customers. We have tons more to do than to "properly" make a fucking rose. It's fucking art.

I think this work is really well done! For the people who are blaming her for the work, they should try it cause they would not be able to even make a flower figure! And let's make her a chef instead of a lady

And hey, if it satisfied and impressed the customers, then that's a job well done. Maybe not impeccable, but well done. So please don't be so quick to judge others, even if you are a professional baker :c She had to do this quickly after all.

Some people on this video are so rude. Who cares about the dent? The customers were very pleased with the end result. Who cares about the "poorly" done roses? She didn't go to school for it most likely. She picked it up around the bakery. If you didn't pay for it, or eat it you have no criticism to give.
