In a nutshell, BabyfuzZ, a well-known and successful song writer wrote this with a few buddies at a songwriting camp. He shopped it around to his clients and got no takers then sent the music and lyrics out to a number of singers to make a demo. His buddies knew Angelina so sent it to her too. Ten-year-old Angelina did this rendition but BabyfuzZ denies ever hearing it and maybe the other singers did not do it. Angelina's version somehow got released on KZfaq a couple of years later but was immediately taken down. BabyfuzZ recorded his version about a month after Angelina's got leaked. It did not do well. A fan kept a copy of hers, though, and produced this video with newer images. It is not clear why Angelina did not release it but the suicide references at the end or copyright issues are suspect. Anyway, Angelina was the first to sing and record this song.

Show me ANY other 10 year old that could make you think you were listening to, at the very least, a young lady, and one that could sing it with so much emotion that she could make you feel she lived through it. Brandon Lowry (Baby Fuzz) wrote the song with cowriters Aksel Carlson, Ronny Janssen, and Frida Amundsen in 2016. Due to lack of interest in this song, Brandon recorded and released the song himself in 2018. The three cowriters are considered to be the initiators of the demo recording, the three are also the cowriters of Angelina's original "Shield". According to Brandon Lowry on his YT channel, he has never had contact with Angelina or her team. He only heard Angelina's version on YT in 2018 and was thrilled. Brandon Lowry complained that he was attacked and insulted because of the rumors. I suspect that this is why the comment function was deactivated. I guess you have to have good relationships with the studio in order to be able to publish this high quality demo recording on YT. Also strange is the date of the release of the two versions on YT, Angelina's version 11/12/2018, Brandon Lowry version 12/19/2018. Officially, there is no information from Angelina or her team about who or why the song wasn't released with Angelina. 💯 *AJ* 💯

There are a lot of explanations and rumors about this song The reality is we may never know the whole story. The original artist "Baby Fuzz" aka Brandon Lowery, aka Sterling Fox" wrote the song and had been shopping it around to various artists to record, however no one was interested. Angelina was working with writer/producers Ronny Janssen and Aksel Carlson who made the music on this song for Baby Fuzz. Andy Schnell put out a very detailed comment about all of this on Schnell Jordans channel when she did a reaction to this song. At any rate, thank god someone leaked this recording out of the studio. This fan made video was done quite well in putting together the collage of photos and clips.

She also speaks several languages and plays a number of instruments piano being one. She has an open ended exclusive record contract with l think A and M giving her rights to all her masters and no set schedule for recording its at her pace.

Angelina sings that "I go down to the river..." refrain like a rock star but the rest of the song with soul songstress. You would this was an original song she wrote, but it isn't. However, if you wanna hear an amazing original Angelina wrote and dedicated to her family listen to "Shield" (the live version) she sang on a Norwegian talk show. She also published a book in Norway of the same title when she was just a kid, forget the age. It's A-mazing!

Believe it or not Lady Luck there have been a number of young ladies on KZfaq who have been trying to sing like Angelina Jordan style already. Can’t tell you exactly where I saw them because I don’t remember and I don’t pay much attention to them, I tried listening to one and it definitely was Angelina Jordan style but nowhere near the ability that Angelina has and nowhere near the nuance and vocal inflection‘s or emotional feeling that Angelina puts into her songs, but you know what they say, “imitation is the highest form of flattery.” I think one of them was in the style of Angelina‘s Bohemian Rhapsody and there was another but I can’t remember exactly what it was at the moment. They were both decent but nowhere near the vocal ability and unique resonance, vocal gymnastics, power, or smoothness.
