This is one of the neatest videos I've seen in a while. Usually with videos I just leave them playing in the background while I listen to the music, but I found the imagery in this one compelling. It seems to borrow from the Pre-Raphaelites. I love what the director did with the mushrooms.

I have to point out that Ladytron are immensely successful at making the precise sound that they are going for. There's nothing just "promising" about them. They are perfectionists when it comes to making albums. Daniel Hunt spoke of how he (and others in LT) will often spend a whole year mapping out just one song in his head before even touching an instrument. Along the same logic that Ian MacKaye of Fugazi stands by: If your judging greatness by record sales, your forgetting to use your ears.

Wow...this is one of those that just gets better as it goes on.
