I process feeling stressed by watching and thinking of uplifting things. Sometimes easier said then done, but it helps. The upcoming cold can be sweated out by excercising, some hot black tea. The motivation will come back. Give yourself grace and time. You look really good in organge btw.

Nice vlog per usual! Yeah I'll like to visit the beach club, I guess the minimum spend is cool, it's just finding someone who's a member to book a reservation for me that might be an issue I guess, since we'll need that to get in? 🤍
