Filling- Enough for 30-35 kachoris
Mince 1000gms
Onions 3large
Green Chilies 5large
Oil 1/4cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbs
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Gram Masala 1/4tsp
Dough- Enough for 13 kachoris
Flour/Maida 500gms
Salt 1tsp
Ghee/Butter 30gms
Water 1cup and 2tbs
Corn Flour 3tbs
Ghee/butter 1/4cup

Freezing Instructions: Freeze these kachoris after flattening and before frying. Put them in airtight container and freeze. Thaw them in fridge before frying. منجمد کرنے کی ہدایات: ان کچوریوں کو چپٹی کرنے کے بعد اور ڈیپ فرائی سے پہلے منجمد کر لیں۔ انہیں ایئر ٹائٹ کنٹینر میں رکھیں اور منجمد کریں۔ فرائی کرنے سے پہلے انہیں فرج میں پگھلا دیں۔

I have learnt a tip to carry on for the rest of my lifetime. About the baking powder folding 🤌 they came out SO crispy. It was unbelievable that these were not oven made, and nor was it from a bakery but by my own hands. I was so proud of it. ❤️ thank you so much for this recipe and for the tip.

i tried these kachories a best and complete recipe. not a single point is hidden. people often tell recipes but not honestly . so thank you very much. and prayers for you and your family. after 22 years i ate lahori real kachori. i filled half with qeema and half with almond and dry milk. after frying pour sheera oh my GOD that was wonderful. enjoying very very much and praying for you with my husband. may Allah bless you with your family. jazakAllah khair. 7 star for u ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
