So you mean hedonism should be way of life ? I think movies are less of philosophy more of a business. At least such things can provoke us to think but accepting as it is may injure us in a long run. Hrritik was prioritising money over everything and at the same time Katrina was voicing for someone to have in our life for the purpose of entertainment. Both are in a state of slavery of their desires and incompleteness. We are here to give not consume or at least should prioritise the sacrifices over consumption.

Damm your quick judgey personality ruined the movie in just a second 😂, if you have seen the movie without any judgements you might have noticed that the only alpha in this movie was Katrina, and almost all of the other characters were suffering from some emotional issues, imran was not able to confront, hritik was in a bubble, rich girl was loosing herself and putting her relationship above everything. The year of the trip is 2010. Approximate ages of the characters are: Arjun - 35 years old. Kabir - 35 years old. Imran- 34 years old. Laila- 27 years old.

The ages are based on the real-life ages of the actors on that year. I don't know if the film writers mentioned about the character's ages, so I used the real age of the associated actors.

If I were Laila I had never fall for the Arjuns character after he openly admitted he would marry for money. Even Laila was judging when he told about his girlfriends separation. These two characters were in totally different paths and should have needed more onscreen engagement to warm up and end up together. Their relationship was pretty rushed just to make them kiss onscreen and give a happy ending. Also arjun cannot change just like that. How can he leave his stock markets and go after Laila and marry her? Noone changes in a day. Apart from that the story was good only for the 3 main character.s

Realistically I would agree with you. But the character of lailla is such that she isn't quick on judging people. You could see it all along the movie, she has a soft corner for arjun. She sees something in arjun that even his friends don't. I think lailla lets him open up and be himself which he couldn't because of his past life experiences influencing him, and to an extent breaks his rigid image of the world. And he clearly says in the climax he'll go to morroco with her(which was just a 3 week holiday ). And their wedding at the post credit might be 4 years from then or 6 months from then, we'll never know. It's just the idea that people can change people, not literally but in some strange way tipping them to realizing something that they knew all along. I think arjun had that idea of life, to be himself but he needed someone to say it to his face. Offf... this is such a seriously answer, I'm sorry for this long paragraph 😂
