Exactly, people are acting like you HAVE to be a certain person with certain features to be from a certain country. Certain countries have such a deep history that you cannot really tell what the “roots” are, there have been different historical events, different kingdoms and such and you cannot just tell.

I understand completely what you mean about people questioning about culture. My boyfriend and I are from the same culture and people don’t believe it because he’s a more darker, caramel color skin tone and I’m light-skinned, almost pale. They say, “oh you both don’t look Puerto Rican!” And I say to them, “Well, how do you think Puerto Ricans are supposed to look like?”

I've been watching different luxury hauls from other people since Lailli isn't doing much of them. But honestly no one comes even close to her. Like they talk too much, videos too long, too short, and no one has Lailli style. Like they have really expensive clothes which are good(sort of bizarre) only for super chic events, but none has the everday classy/casual style that Lailli gives ❤

I hate when people do that “you don’t “Look” “ stuff here in the states as well. Clearly they haven’t done their homework. 🤪 I’m Puerto Rican but I get that a lot and “you don’t act” Puerto Rican. WTheck?! I know I appear racially ambiguous and my mom was a English professor as well, which changed the accent a bit but I’m just ME….but stereotypes are seriously annoying. 😣 You and your sister are truly delightful and so kind. 🙏🤗🥰
