എന്റെ ഒരു സഹപ്രവർത്തകന് ഈ അവസ്ഥ ഉണ്ട്. അദ്ദേഹത്തോട് ഡോക്ടറെ കാണാൻ പറഞ്ഞാൽ കേൾക്കില്ല. ഈ വീഡിയോ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് കാണിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ തെറ്റുണ്ടോ. അവര് പറയുന്നത് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ പോയി പൂജകൾ ചെയ്താൽ മാറും എന്നാണ്. മാനസികമായി പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടെന്നു ഇതുവരെ അദ്ദേഹം മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. ഈ വീഡിയോ കാണിച്ചാൽ ഒരുപക്ഷെ ആൾക്ക് മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയും. പക്ഷെ തുടർന്ന് എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാകുമോ

A First of all ,don't think its your fault,its happened because of many reasons, and one is in constant stress which altered brain chemicals. Its a health condition not something you have to be ashamed .Yes people around you treat like that .It doesn't mean you're only the one is get treated like that alot of people who have this condition face this issues.We can't change others perspectives but can change what you think about yourself and your health. Start healthy eating habits. Exclude wheat and wheat products, milk and milk products, have more veggies, fruits,nuts,healthy fats and good protein. Check for vit D,b12 LEVELS .Add healthy fatty fishs.And if you able to find a classical homeopath, start your treatment alternatively. IT may take time but you will feel alot better. And practice deep breathing exercise and guided meditation everyday .Start love yourself. You are not alone.Stay positive and stay away from people who don’t understand you.Sleep well .Hope is there for everything. Keep going
