Lake Annency has been dubbed the most clean Lake in Europe and is a true gem in the so called French Alps. Located in the Haute-Savoie in France, near both Switzerland and Italy, it makes a great base to explore the rest of the beautiful Savoie region.
There are dozens of cities in French Alps but none can capture the medieval beauty on the same level like Annency does, so that was the number one reason why we decided to capture it on video. City's splendor was increased by the Christmas market, since we did visit the Alps during the holiday season. There was no shortage on local street food and we used the chance to try some of the delicious Christmas market food like the local fromage and mashed pommes or the appetizing sausage with onions sauteed in white wine.
