actually, the carousel was not original to Lakeview, it was transported from Coney Island NY by owner: Giuseppe Barbuti in the 1940-50s. He was my great grandfather and I worked at the park as a young person. A Carl Mueller carved wooden goat was broken, so it was not sold with the others. Turns out that the goat was the most rare (only 2) & worth the most.
