Lake Perris looks like a great place! Too far away for us in Tucson. We have Lake Roosevelt about 2 hours away, though. I don't know why, but we haven't had our Cobalt in the water for 2 years! Too busy with other stuff, I guess. I've been retired for 22 years! I don't know how I ever had time to work! Loved the idea of rice and eggs. Never heard of that, but two ingredients I love. I'm glad I watched this video. It reminded me to get a couple of those HF screens. I want to make a screen for the back of our Lake Powell boat. We'll need that in August. The material alone to make one of those things is way more expensive. Like $25 per yard! However, the protection they provide isn't quite as high as like Phifertex. I might have to double them up!
