Bucher needs to get off the Bron hate wagon for just one second and just watch some Laker games. Ham's in game adjustments and inability to know when to call a time out, lost us soooo many large leads and close games. Ham is just not experienced enough ... yet.

Make Lebron a player coach and if he screws it up than he can get himself fired. Darvin Ham wasn't the problem. You have a guy that claims to be the goat but doesn't have the will to win. He lacks leadership. Lebron's quote: This is only basketball. At this point of his career he's only concerned about stat padding making money and chasing Jordan's greatness.
@simpleman3044
@simpleman3044 27 күн бұрын
What?! I’m confused the final game Bron pushed the issue and had 4 to five Denver players crashing on him and he was diming them up. Bron is a point forward that creates paint pressure. Darvin Ham had trash rotations and he didnt manage the time or plan out well. When Denver was coming back up from 20 points when do you think he should’ve used a timeout? Not when the other team gets within 3 points. And still having 2 timeouts when the game was over was atrocious. He wasted trying to win. He doesn’t make adjustments either. Ham sucks at coaching. AD should’ve been playing by the 4 and they should’ve kept Dwight or Javel. Lebron doesn’t have that much pull.

@derek4101 That is my rationale as to why he won't take the job, and he might placate lebron on his podcast. But he doesn't want to be the scapegoat when the Lakers lose. It is so much different talking about others than having them talking about you. Leflop has poisoned the Lakers and is poisoning the league. Ask yourselves what the former Laker players think about the whole situation with Lebron and what he has done to the franchise? Do you think they are digging his flopping, whining, crying. And all the mind games he plays? Biggest mistake they evee made was bringing him there if their goal was to have a class organization and win championship. Darvin didn't deserve to be fired.
