The first prime minister who did not belong to the Gandhi-Nehru dynasty and administered the country for one of the shortest stints as prime minister . His tenure saw India defeat Pakistan in the 1965 war and battle chronic food shortage.

@Netaji-The British Slayer nah modi isnt the best, hes decent in some aspects like foreign policy and a few other small things but hes is not too good as he has some elements of hindu supremicy, especily when it comes to the rest of his party who he doesnt hold responsible even when they do something horible, and hes not the best at growing the economy. hes not the best nor the worst, indra gandhi would be the worst PM of india.

Lal Bahadur Shastriji was very forsighted & a brave leader, simply learn from his speech, Ayub Khan never expected that India would retaliate & India did, & went on to capture Lahore, inspired by our leaders speech & his slogan. Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan is no ordinary slogan, It means India needs surplus food to feed its people & a strong army to protect its sovereignty. But unfortunately we forgot our leader with passage of time..

Greatest among all prime ministers of our country. His simplicity, honesty, humility, intelligence, courage, decisions he took under difficult circumstances of poverty and war India was getting through that time have been commendable. Initially he was undermined, under estimated as a prime minister. But the decisions he took during his small tenure proved him unique and dynamic comparing to other primeministers who ruled near about & more than 15 years.

Indra Gandhi was a great businesswoman. there's a lot you can learn from her. especially when it comes to selling India to KGB/Russia. She had a great multi-million profitable business. She was also really ahead of her time by selling a subscription based product and also making it affordable too. For example, back then you could rent the whole of India for just 5Million rupees a month.
