Falling Asleep in Less Than 10 Minutes - Heals Nervous Disorders, Depression and Anxiety
The idea behind this video was to create a relaxing sound that convey peace and a sense of space.
A simple trick to fall asleep fast: Take a moment to relax before you go to sleep. Turn off the lights and start taking few gentle deep breaths. Let the inner chatter fade away as you lay down in your bed. Breath in... breathe out... repeat until you fall asleep.

The earth so beautiful thankful for life. Why don't people drink from a glass any more why is it plastic bottle? You could build a boat, instead use a glass. These poor kids.
