@@muhammadosama4383 Someone has been drinking early this morning. The Blues licks Mark throws in are nasty!! Willie is a hell of a player. I won't knock him at all. @@pickledcottoncandy ATPB is the best to me. I remember when I first heard Ruin... it sounded like no other metal band. That raw sound left with Ashes which is a lot more purified. To most people it 'sounds better' because it's more defined and thick. ATPB has a very unique brutalness to it. Just like At the Gates with Slaughter of the Soul... there's nothing else like it.

i honestly LOVED listening to Descending, its actually the first riff that got me INTO Lamb Of God in the first place! It was in my top 3 songs for the band as a whole..... Walk With Me In Hell, Descending, Blacken The Cursed Sun..... playing those 3 songs on guitar was part of my daily warmup routine. Those three songs covered everything I needed to use for warmups, so once I could play all three back to back that I was properly warmed up. You have to have perfect sync between the fretting and picking to get it just right.....

As the palaces burn album is my favorite. Ashes of the wake and sacrament are great too, but As the Palaces Burn is very unique in it's riffs and lyrics content. I love As the palaces burn, ruin, Vigil, and Boot Scraper so much. The express a sort of under class rage that is so relatable right now. I mean that rage has always been relatable in any class society, but I think a lot of working class people could listen to Boot Scraper for instance and be like, hey maybe it is time to turn and bite that hand that's bleeding us dry. Vigil is a supreme expression of this in my view. That section "Sickness to you my master!" gives me chills to this day. So powerful and radical.

I feel him with getting ideas turned down. The only upside for me is I do the production for my band so if they don't like it I go home and record it anyways and sometimes iv sent it to them and they changed their mind.

Plug In Baby is my guess for the Muse song he's talking about at the beginning.

So glad Mark is in this band. Pretty much all of my favorites from LoG are "Mark's songs". It also makes me glad that Chris isn't the main song writer cause every time I hear him talk about song writing I cringe a bit. Basically "if it's not super fast or Megadeath-y it's not metal"

So he neither plays the riffs, nor do you play a sample? Even if we know the riffs already, it still makes for a pretty lame video...
