Oh wow how incredible, I was also born in 1989 (07/17/1989) and I love the 25th anniversary Lamborghini Countach as well very much ( I think it’s the sleekest and most aggressive looking one of them all ) On the one hand I’ve never had a poster of a Lamborghini Countach, on the other hand though I don’t need one at all becuase A. I actually had the pleasure and opportunity of seeing a real 1980s red countach up close at the San Diego car museum back when I was 17 and my oh my was it sleek/cool/beautiful and sporty looking with that awesome wing and it had one of its scissor doors open as well- god I loved that car so very much and thank goodness I have pictures of it😎🧡 ( years later when I was in my mid 20s I actually saw another red 1980s red Countach on display at the Israeli international auto show of which I have pictures of as well ) And B. Because I have to this day at home 2 very beautiful/cool and amazing Lamborghini Countach die cast metal models at home- one of them that’s also red and another one in black= this one is also a very aggressive and cool 5000 quatrovalve, both of which I love and cherish very much😎😊🧡 I would truly love with a passion to actually own a real 1980s countach as well with the wing of course ( perhaps even the 25th anniversary edition) that would be a dream come true🙏😎😇🥂…..

A rich buddy’s dad bought him one of these in the late 80’s. He was always critical of it because he couldn’t see behind him hardly at all, and the engine didn’t want to start if it was a little cold outside. But he did like popping the door up at the beach and asking girls in bikinis if they wanted to ride, because they usually did.

In a day of cars being overly engineered and overly computerized a car that's almost entirely analogue is more fun and rewarding to drive. @@cbotten106 Definitely and it wasn't reported because the person who bought both those cars wasn't a renowned person and didn't hold a grudge against Lamborghini for making him buy cars that weren't selling well because people didn't want them. Then there was the Ford GT allocation process and it might have no connection to this video directly but I also want to mention that because Ford, was also selecting only those who had owned a number of Ford cars or some notable Ford cars and it was strange that Jay was happy with the process given how he was vocal about it when Ferrari did it.

I absolutely love Jay Leno, simply a brilliant comic. It was a little tough to watch though, how Jay’s jokes were just going right over the head of this young tight, black T-shirt dude, even when they were discussing history Jay would chime in and tell him some good stories and yet this guy would just give Jay a “deer in headlights”blank stare and then continue on with his rhetoric. What do I say about that, we need more David Lee or Jason Cammisa 😉

Love all the videos on this site. I first fell in love with rare cars visiting the Harrah's Auto Museum, the even better Montana Auto Museum, and Pioneer Village in Nebraska (which I visited when just '14 in '75). Jay's videos cover such a range of autos and motorcycles, from the dawn of autos to the present. He also has excellent guests. I prayed for Jay when he was in the hospital and we're blessed with more videos. It is hard in a museum to find a docent who explains the exhibits. I always tag along with the older visitors who have been around cars since they could drive. But over the past 50 years I find fewer who knew the first cars, like the Model T, so Jay's videos are excellent.

I much prefer the "round belly" version of this car. Interesting factoid: These would reach 60 mph in 4.3 seconds, and run the quarter mile in 12.5 @ 115 mph. These are the same specs as a '14-'16 Porsche Cayman S with PDK..... Great video!
