The Compton Magic are absolutely LOADED with D1 players where as the Big Ballers tallest players was Davis. To be fair everyone knew that the Big Ballers were clearly out matched going into the game, so the fact that they showed up and gave it their effort for a full game deserves respect in itself. To be fair LaMelo can shoot decently when no one guards him. He's a beast at HORSE! He's got zero lateral quickness and his moves don't hold up when someone actually Ds up on him. Every game I watch him play he manages to wedge a ball between the rim and the backboard though which should count for something.. They're gonna love that move in Lithuania! I almost feel bad for the violation he's gonna receive in Europe..

That type of thinking is why you will never be famous. Great people love the pressure and expectations, and thrive under them. All his dad is doing is finding out what he's made of- and getting though these moments now. Heaven forbid he have a meltdown like Lebron against the Mavs in a more important game.

must be nice to never come out of the game even if you are nervous and playing bad so you have time to redeem yourself and get past your jitters. I never got that chance in school bball myself. I was nervous and got pulled out in 1 minute every time I hit the floor to play. Never was given enough time to calm down and get into my zone. My bball career was never given a chance. Here I see him play nervous and yet never gets pulled out. What a luxury to have a coach that doesn't PUNISH you for playing nervous.
