I haven't had any scrollwheel issues with my OG, but I'll keep an eye on it. My guess would be some debris got into the encoder from the open underside, I had a similar problem with my Skoll a while back. Taking it apart and hitting it with some canned air solved the problem

The glass skates were only included in the original release of the Lamzu Atlantis. After the 2nd or 3rd batch, they stopped including glass skates with the mouse. You're not going to see them do this again.

@@LemonDadsicle heard that saphire skates are lot more durable, like, a LOT more, but if you want a fast glide getting a pad like the vancer ice or the aliexpress clone is the way, stupid fast with better stopping power than basically all glass pads

@@LemonDadsicle yeah. my buddy switched back to tiger ices ~2-3 months after getting glass skates on his superlight. He said the feeling got muddy, I'll wait a while before i try glass skates, quite expensive for that short of a lifetime.

I've got the standard Atlantis, my only gripes is that the dirt build up at the bottom of the mouse is super difficult to clean unless you have compressed air, and to me the scroll wheel is too sensitive so causes accidental mouse wheel jumping but the rest of the mouse is awesome to me, I prefer it much more over my GPX

The m1/2 switches are the slightly different huano transparent blue shell pink dots and the scroll wheel is now a ttc silver. What mousepad would you say the lamzu energon is closest to?

That faulty scroll wheel is a dealbreaker. The MZ1 wireless might still be a better option for me.

I was using a Viper V2 Pro, I got my Atlantis Mini about a week or more than a week ago, I've loved it and have not went back to my Viper v2 pro, I agree with most of your points, I also personally love the feelings of the side buttons tho I agree about there being some travel but they still feel very smooth, also I have not had any scroll wheel issues or any issues with the mouse its definitely the best mini mouse atm until Razer decides to drop a Viper Mini Wireless

@tinocabral4201 at the time they only had white, I went back to my v2 viper pro but was using the mini today the coating Definitely feels good but tiny bit slippery nothing crazy but I have no experience with the black coating but i have heard the black coating is better. I might just put grips on my mini tho I still love the coating with regular browsing and PC use

@bosverismi1088 it depends on your hand size, personally I would with the viper v2 it's my tried and true and you know you are getting one of the best if not the best mouse on the market currently. I bought mine renewed on Amazon cause it was like 100 bucks usd. But overall depends on the shape, after using the mini It feels good for a day or so then I'm inconsistent again and it feels too fast haha but I feel more controlled with my viper v2 maybe it's cause of the weight or bigger size of it who knows

Personally, I put grip tape of the side buttons of my mouse if I feel like it doesn't stick out much like for the RVU. So this is kind of a win for me if I decide on getting the Atlantis Mini. lol

As a gamer with bigger hands I'd like to start seeing mouse company's drop a larger shape as well. Zowie does it, so why can't others. Tired of the norm being medium and small. I'm fine with lightweight, but sometimes I need something thicc to grip... pause.

Is this mouse recommended for Relaxed palm grip ? I had used the Viper mini and TBH it was the best shape for my grip. currently using the Hyperx pulsefire haste wifi and it's quite ok but not as good as viper mini's shape. so if someone can confirm this please. Hand size is medium 18.5cm by 9cm. Thanks.

🔥🔥 mouse, just got my mini today. Feels great for aggressive claw and finger tip. I know some ppl have said its not coated and slippery? must depend on your hand dryness / sweat or whatever because in game to me it feels locked in and grippy.

current XM1 user. Having been Zowie user (FK, EC, S) for the longest time not sure how I put up with their horrendous scroll wheels for so long, so Im a little apprehensive of the Lamzu wheel given how solid the Xm1 wheel is. Still waiting for the Viper Mini Ultimate, my patience is running thin.

Can anyone confirm whether the mini uses the same skates as the regular size or not? I've got a few pairs of Tiger Ice I'd like to be able to just throw on it.

the top skate is the same, the bottom skate area on the mini is larger than on the og, so both og skates will fit - but the bottom one will leave empty space, might not be stable enough, may need to add dot skates or something

Oh thank god some of the mini gods came to aid, i bought the finalmouse 12 and after lets say 4 months of continious use it already started to double click and the scroll wheel randomly jumps up and down when being used, so yeah i can finally put that piece of crap in the drawer. Thanks BT

Better coating than the GPX??? Idk man, Logitech's coating has always been superior in my book, only being topped by maybe EGG and Zowie. I tried the Atlantis and am selling because of the coating. I'll be maining my xm1r for the meantime till the xm2w is out, whenever that is...

@@jamesgonzalez4922 you'll have to wait a year or so. I would try the black Atlantis mini before anything even if you didn't like the og, the mini solves a lot of the issues related to shape/build quality and heck even the switches are an improvement over the older Atlantis.

I never felt like the Lamzu had an actual coating, it feels like I'm holding a prototype. Not the worst thing in the world though. The exception being the black edition, which is why they said they charge more for it.

lamzu doesnt have a coating on their shell. im using the black color of lamzu (non-mini) and i have a sweaty hands so.. it does leave some marks

@@enumiosu I didn’t think any mice really had a “coating” just seems to be the terminology people use to describe the material and finish of the body. Regardless the gpx has the most grippy and comfortable finish of any mouse I’ve ever tried and I find it hard to believe that the atlantis mini is that good because I’ve heard a lot of people saying to go for the black version because of the nicer coating. The standard finish couldn’t be that nice if people are ordering a specific color to improve the feeling. I’d like to get a hold of a black mini to see.

The shape is great, the biggest problem is the click. If your main game is league of legends dont buy it. Huano Blue switches is too stiff to spam the click😢

I personally would not want to pay an extra $30+ for the mouse ….. I would complain as the tech, manufacturing products, time, wages etc means it doesn’t cost a fortune to make. With soooo many +120-180 releases in the past 15 months or so …. People are just getting normalised to ridiculously high pricing. Yes it’s looking to be a decent performing product (I have the regular Lamzu) but don’t mistake high pricing as acceptable for nothing other than corporate greed.
