I think that at the first part representes a common woman with her friends being neat, calm, she's doing her laundr and she's pretty with her jewels and cute dresses. But then she ruins this side. A woman can also be wild , independent, a nuclear bomb, a woman can be her own daddy that's why she uses the metaphor of wolves, to talk about strength and independence to tell people that when women are united you better not mess with them cause they bite. In the end, we see all the women go back to their men and bedrooms but never forget who they are and how strong they are ( this is represented by the glimpse in the women's eyes when they stare at each other) By the way I think she's mature and in every song she makes she explores new sides of her self. Anyways she's incredible and intelligent!

Interpretation of the video: This is merely speculation... First off, this is another absolutely enchanting song sang by Lana, dark and rich, as always. Now onto the good stuff. The video starts off with Lana in a beautiful car as she adjusts the tune in her radio. This is symbolic of the start of her career and that she is graced with great talent, as she begins her journey as an artist and 'finds her tune'. She sings of the basic joys of life, playing with her sister, going out to the market, watching the kids play in the pool. This is her effort of emphasizing that she truly cares about these normal things. Otherwise, the words would not be in the song. The video begins to slowly shift to black and white and seems to reverse, small edits at first. This is symbolic of a building Descent into Madness. She contemplates God, but says that Chemtrails are over the Country Club. This is symbolic of her longing for God, but also knowing that the Devil is in control of the world. The deep normality of life settles over her-but she still feels wild and free and needs more. That's when she bites the lemon, the forbidden fruit, and all Hell breaks loose. This is symbolic of sin, specifically sexual sin, reinforced by the imagery of the woman's body in scarce clothing. "Nobody's son-nobody's daughter" is a disassociative term, whether to self or to downplay an act on another human being. To me, it sounds sociopathic, like a serial killer trying to justify killing the most vulnerable among us. But that is merely speculation, and not necessarily a clear metaphor of conveyance from the artist to be understood by another. The comfort of possibly escaping the situation becomes dim, and a tornado enters the scene, as well as a young girl on a stool looking in the mirror (innocent Lana) who begins to spin due to the tornado. The different parts of Lana's psyche are all being affected by this chaos that she has just invited into her life. The lemon slicing and juicing continues to intensify and the music becomes almost uncomfortable and anxiety inducing. Enter the vampires and the wolves (of the industry) who in ritualistic fashion either have sex with or murder Lana, or force Lana to have sex or murder. The crab-walking depicts demonic possession, while the fangs depict a thirst for blood. The red car is now on fire, symbolic of her need to rely on her own lane/talents. She now has a group that will do that for her. Lana obliges, and joins the cult. The scene of her walking through the glass panel depicts her breaking of a barrier, of old ways, and becoming a new person. It then shows her face become a wolf, ushering an understanding that the new person she has become is evil or carnivorous. The shower scene is a washing away of evidence, and how life keeps going on, day by day no matter what has been done. They all lay their heads on their pillows for a restful nights sleep, as tomorrow is a new day. I think the best part of all of this, is how the song and the video begin very much aligned. But as the video progresses and gets darker and darker, Lana's words are just as sweet, if not sweeter. This is symbolic of how someone can say the kindest words to you, and be the worst person of all underneath, and we could never know. If we take everything at face value, we never truly see what's underneath. Well that's just some random guys thoughts, I hope you enjoyed it if you made it this far! Cheers.
