I really don't get the meaning of Bartender, but I really love that song, that's why I love Lana 'cause she can make a song about the instructions of her new TV and I will love it.

I think Bartender is about her struggling with fame and everybody knowing her/invading her privacy-her only escape is a small bar and bartender who don’t know her or treat her like a celebrity

Hiding from fame and paparazzi and the little “bar-T-T-tender” sound is supposed to mimic the shutter of a camera taking a picture

The girls in the video are her back up dancers/singers and her actual friends, and other people in the video are her friends too. Lana edited the video herself.

Home videos are like her signature since she had her break with “Video Games” and us fans discovered her through all her self made clips 🥺 from her younger years, and I love that she kinda maintained this side of her of doing things in a simple way or just following a spontaneous drive alternating more personal and casual visuals shot w fam and family, with more high budget projects. you guys should definitely look into some of her unreleased songs from when she went by Lizzy Grant! her younger voice is so unique, i definitely recommend Playing Dangerous, put me in a movie or in the pale moonlight
