Hi Andy, what is the nearest town? And how far would that be? Are there any brooks or streams on the property? And how far exactly was that lake from the property? Did you mention there is a (public) boat launch at the lake? I know, lots of questions but we are interested and curious about the surrounding area. Thanks Andy!

Property in Maine that actually has decent size timber and hasn't been harvested in the last few years? Didn't think it was possible. It seems like all these real estate videos I've watched recently have properties that have been cut right before the owner sells. It looks like this one was cut too, but very selectively

Selective cutting done right means return to harvest more later with good forestry practices. It is like tree farming... can be done right and does not have to look like a clear cut or a mess.

No waiting around for gravel, culvert, the equipment to spread and the expense. Already in and no short driveway.. it goes and goes... done first class for clear sailing in and out !
