This is what I come to every time I want to hear a "definitive" version of Penumbra Phantasm. I have the strongest feeling Toby's gonna finally release an official version, and it's gonna be part of the soundtrack for Deltarune Chapter 7. There's some evidence for it, but it's not quite strong enough to be definitive.

By the way this was the first time I heard the Breath of the Wild theme... before I even heard it from the game... i saw this track being streamed live in 2017 for the first time, and people in chat were going crazy about how it turned into Breath of the Wild. Lots of fun.

I don’t think there’s any inherent meaning, but given the fact that the two ARE the most integral to the final defeat of Lord English, there’s definitely room for that interpretation.

@@peregrinemendicant4758 I view them kind of like opposite types of heroes, with John being extremely active, and alt calliope being extremely passive. Kind of like alternate ends on the heroism spectrum

imo, it's the first and last major homestuck characters we are introduced to (i dont remember if calliope or caliborn comes first but either way still counting lord english as caliborn)
